The wide Main Hall runs from front to back and illustrates the term "center hall Colonial," recalling the era prior to air conditioning when both doors would have been opened for cross ventilation. The rear door, which was once an exterior door, now opens into the kitchen. The richly colored pine stairs lead to a large L-shaped Upper Landing that provides access to the four second floor bedrooms. The landing provides space for two home office work centers. Off this landing is also a bath.
